Modifica o cancellazione della prenotazione

Il cliente ha facoltà di modificare e/o cancellare la prenotazione on-line in qualsiasi momento fino a 24 ore prima dell'inizio delnoleggio, attraverso la pagina che riporta la prenotazione in questione. La comunicazione di modifica o cancellazione avrà validità dalla data di invio.

Il periodo minimo richiesto per cancellare le prenotazioni senza penali è di 8 giorni lavorativi. Sono considerati giorni lavorativi tutti i giorni eccetto sabato, domenica e festivi. Se la richiesta di cancellazione perviene successivamente al suddetto periodo minimo richiesto, verranno applicate le seguenti penali:

- Cancellazione effettuata con meno di 7 giorni lavorativi dalla data di inizio noleggio: verrà addebitato l'ammontare minore tra il presunto costo della prenotazione ed un importo forfettario che va fino ad un massimo di 20 GBP (sull'e/c della carta di credito comparirà il corrispettivo del suddetto importo in Euro).

- Cancellazione effettuata con meno di 24 ore dalla data di inizio noleggio: verrà addebitato l'ammontare minore tra il presunto costo della prenotazione ed un importo forfettario che va fino ad un massimo di 50 GBP (sull'e/c della carta di credito comparirà il corrispettivo delsuddetto importo in Euro).

Si ricorda che, in caso di modifica del nome del conducente o dell'agenzia di inizio noleggio, la prenotazione verrà automaticamente cancellata e rieffettuata dal sistema informatico, con relativa possibilità di addebito delle penali poco sopra citate.

Le spese sopra indicate si applicano a tutti i paesi ad eccezione del Regno Unito dove si applicano le seguenti penali:

• Se la cancellazione è effettuata con meno di 7 giorni dalla data di inizio noleggio, l'ammontare minore tra il presunto costo della prenotazione ed un importo forfetario che va ad un massimo di €45 verra' addebitato. (sull'e/c della carta di credito comparirà il corrispettivo delsuddetto importo in Euro).
• Se la cancellazione è effettuata con meno di 24 ore dalla data di inizio noleggio, l'intero importo della prenotazione verra' addebitato.

No shows

In caso di no show , ovvero di mancato ritiro dell'auto nel luogo e alla data prevista, Alamo Rent A Car si riserva il diritto di applicare una penale o per l'intero costo del noleggio o per un massimo di 70 euro dove il primo dovesse essere inferiore. In caso di no show il rimborso al netto delle penali sarà accreditato sulla carta di credito.

Le spese sopra indicate si applicano a tutti i paesi ad eccezione del Regno Unito dove si applicano le seguenti penali:

In caso di mancata presenza il giorno del ritiro del veicolo, abbiamo il diritto di addebitare l'importo del noleggio per mancata presenza.

Giorni nolo non utilizzati

Per le prenotazioni prepagate, gli eventuali giorni nolo non utilizzati non verranno in alcun modo rimborsati.

Opzioni di copertura

Di seguito viene riportata una spiegazione delle opzioni di copertura disponibili, alcune delle quali potrebbero essere già incluse nel pacchetto di noleggio scelto.

Morocco

Additional Driver Policy

Additional driver charge is MAD 120.00 + tax per rental. A maximum of two additional driver's are allowed per rental.

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 23 years for all car groups. Maximum rental age is 75 years. There is no young drivers charge.

Cross Border Policy

Vehicles not permitted to be taken out of Morocco.

Delivery / Collection

Delivery & Collection is available only on request via the station direct (Delivery & Collection can not be pre-booked). The cost will vary from station to station.

Insurance Excess

Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Waiver limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss, damage or theft of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is 30 000.00 MAD. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are on offer.

License Requirements

Full licence that has been valid for a minimum of two years is required. An International driver's permit is not required if the licence is written in French, English, Spanish or Arabic. Driving on un-paved roads is not allowed. Should your driving license not be resident to the country of origin of your booking we reserve the right to charge an appropriate rate for your country of residence.

One Way Rentals

One way rentals are allowed between all locations in Morocco and for all cars free of charge. The minimum length of rental is four days. International one ways are not allowed.

Out of Hours Policy

Out of hours pick ups are available for all locations on request. An out of hours charge of MAD 250.00 + tax will apply.

Payment Policy

Acceptable method of payments are Visa, Amex, Diners, MasterCard, National Charge Cards, National Vouchers, Travellers Cheques and Eurocheques. Cash is also accepted for rentals up to MAD 10,000. Cash is not accepted for car groups FFMR (Fullsize SUV), FFNR (Fullsize SUV), FVMR (Fullsize Passenger Van) and PDMR (Premium). Please note: A Credit Card number and expiration date is required at time of booking for car groups FFMR (Fullsize SUV), FVMR (Fullsize Passenger Van) and LDAR (Luxury) in order to validate the booking - this is applicable, even if the payment is made by voucher. A deposit of the excess amount plus a tank of fuel is required. The deposit can be paid in cash up to MAD 5000.00.

Refuelling Policy

Car must be returned with the same amount of fuel, or refuelling charges will apply as follows: Pump Fuel Price (current public price valid in the country): Diesel = MAD 7.33 per liter, Diesel 350 = MAD 10.24 per liter, Leaded/Unleaded = MAD 11.36 per liter. Refuelling Charge Price (pump fuel price plus service charge): Diesel = MAD 8.00 per liter, Diesel 350 = MAD 10.70 per liter, Leaded/Unleaded = MAD 11.52 per liter. Fuel prices are subject to change at any time.

Roadside Assistance

Full details will be advised to the customer at time of pick up, but in case of an accident: All the specific documents are inside the car as well as the form to complete with the third party, if its only collision damage. If there is personal damage, the local authorities (Police) will need to be informed and will take care of everything. In any case, the accident must be reported to the nearest Alamo/National branch.

Special Equipment

Baby Seat (CSB) - MAD 250.00 + tax per rental. The Replacement Amount is MAD 1500.00 + tax. Suitable for 1 - 3 years. On Request. Toddler Seat (CST) - MAD 250.00 + tax per rental. The Replacement Amount is MAD 1500.00 + tax. Suitable for 4 - 7 years. On Freesale. Navigation System (GPS) - MAD 120.00 + tax per day, with a maximum charge of MAD 1440.00 + tax per rental.  The replacement amount is MAD 3300.00.  On Freesale. Booster Seats (BST) - not available. Infant Seats (CSI) - not available. Luggage rack (LUG) - Not available. All equipments is available at all locations and for all cars. When renting child seats, the age of the child/ren must be indicated at time of booking. This country does not provide reflective jackets and is not required by law to do so.
