Modifica o cancellazione della prenotazione

Il cliente ha facoltà di modificare e/o cancellare la prenotazione on-line in qualsiasi momento fino a 24 ore prima dell'inizio delnoleggio, attraverso la pagina che riporta la prenotazione in questione. La comunicazione di modifica o cancellazione avrà validità dalla data di invio.

Il periodo minimo richiesto per cancellare le prenotazioni senza penali è di 8 giorni lavorativi. Sono considerati giorni lavorativi tutti i giorni eccetto sabato, domenica e festivi. Se la richiesta di cancellazione perviene successivamente al suddetto periodo minimo richiesto, verranno applicate le seguenti penali:

- Cancellazione effettuata con meno di 7 giorni lavorativi dalla data di inizio noleggio: verrà addebitato l'ammontare minore tra il presunto costo della prenotazione ed un importo forfettario che va fino ad un massimo di 20 GBP (sull'e/c della carta di credito comparirà il corrispettivo del suddetto importo in Euro).

- Cancellazione effettuata con meno di 24 ore dalla data di inizio noleggio: verrà addebitato l'ammontare minore tra il presunto costo della prenotazione ed un importo forfettario che va fino ad un massimo di 50 GBP (sull'e/c della carta di credito comparirà il corrispettivo delsuddetto importo in Euro).

Si ricorda che, in caso di modifica del nome del conducente o dell'agenzia di inizio noleggio, la prenotazione verrà automaticamente cancellata e rieffettuata dal sistema informatico, con relativa possibilità di addebito delle penali poco sopra citate.

Le spese sopra indicate si applicano a tutti i paesi ad eccezione del Regno Unito dove si applicano le seguenti penali:

• Se la cancellazione è effettuata con meno di 7 giorni dalla data di inizio noleggio, l'ammontare minore tra il presunto costo della prenotazione ed un importo forfetario che va ad un massimo di €45 verra' addebitato. (sull'e/c della carta di credito comparirà il corrispettivo delsuddetto importo in Euro).
• Se la cancellazione è effettuata con meno di 24 ore dalla data di inizio noleggio, l'intero importo della prenotazione verra' addebitato.

No shows

In caso di no show , ovvero di mancato ritiro dell'auto nel luogo e alla data prevista, Alamo Rent A Car si riserva il diritto di applicare una penale o per l'intero costo del noleggio o per un massimo di 70 euro dove il primo dovesse essere inferiore. In caso di no show il rimborso al netto delle penali sarà accreditato sulla carta di credito.

Le spese sopra indicate si applicano a tutti i paesi ad eccezione del Regno Unito dove si applicano le seguenti penali:

In caso di mancata presenza il giorno del ritiro del veicolo, abbiamo il diritto di addebitare l'importo del noleggio per mancata presenza.

Giorni nolo non utilizzati

Per le prenotazioni prepagate, gli eventuali giorni nolo non utilizzati non verranno in alcun modo rimborsati.

Opzioni di copertura

Di seguito viene riportata una spiegazione delle opzioni di copertura disponibili, alcune delle quali potrebbero essere già incluse nel pacchetto di noleggio scelto.

Cyprus

Additional Driver Policy

Additional driver's charge is EUR 4.00 + tax per day. A maximum of two additional drivers are allowed per rental.

Age Requirements

The minimum rental age is 21 years for all cars. A young driver's charge of EUR 6.00 + tax per day applies to driver's aged 21 to 24 years. The maximum age limit is 73 years for all cars. A charge of EUR 6.00 + tax per day applies to driver's aged 70 to 73 years.

Cross Border Policy

Cars are not allowed to leave Cyprus. Driving cars in the North of Cyprus is not allowed.  In case a customer drives the car in the North, he/she remains responsible for the full value of the vehicle plus any cost that may arise due to this.

Delivery / Collection

Delivery and collections are available as follows: On Request within the city - Free of charge during opening hours within 20kms. Over 20kms there is a charge of EUR 10.00 + tax. Outside the city there is an extra charge of EUR 25.00 + tax. Also available to Pier with an extra charge of EUR 15.00 + tax each way. Delivery and collections are not available out of hours.

Insurance Excess

Loss Damage Waiver limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss, damage or theft of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is 1000.00 EUR. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies as well as options to reduce this excess value. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are on offer.

License Requirements

A full driving licence must have been held for at least 3 years for driver's aged between 21 & 25 years and at least 1 year for driver's aged over 25 years. An International Driving Permit is required if the licence is not written in English or Latin alphabet characters. Should your driving license not be resident to the country of origin of your booking we reserve the right to charge an appropriate rate for your country of residence.

One Way Rentals

Domestic one ways are allowed between all locations in Cyprus at a cost of EUR 35.00 + tax. One ways between locations in the same city are free of charge. A minimum length of rental of 3 days is required. International one ways are not permitted.

Out of Hours Policy

Out of hours are available at all locations, on request at a cost of EUR 8.45 + tax.

Payment Policy

Acceptable methods of payment are: Visa, American Express, Diners, MasterCard, National Charge Cards, National Vouchers, Travellers Cheques and Eurocheques. Cash is not accepted. A deposit of EUR 275.00 plus 20% of the estimated rental charges is required, which is held on the credit card until the vehicle is returned.

Refuelling Policy

Cars must be returned with the same amount of fuel as time of pickup, otherwise refuelling charges will apply as follows: Diesel = EUR 1.02 + tax per litre (pump price) or EUR 1.17 + tax per litre (refuelling charge price per litre). Super Unleaded = EUR 0.97 + tax per litre (pump price) or EUR 1.11 + tax per litre (refuelling charge price per litre). Unleaded - EUR 0.91 + tax per litre (pump price) or EUR 1.04 + tax per litre (refuelling charge price per litre).

Roadside Assistance

Full details will be provided to the customer at time of pick up. In case of an accident a Police report must be completed.

Special Equipment

Child/Infant Seat - CSI (0 - 12 months / 0 - 13kgs) - EUR 5.00 + tax per day with a maximum charge of EUR 35.00 + tax per rental. A replacement amount (deposit) of EUR 70.00 + tax is required. Child/Baby Seat - CSB (1 - 3 years / 9 - 18kgs) - EUR 5.00 + tax per day with a maximum charge of EUR 35.00 + tax per rental. A replacement amount (deposit) of EUR 70.00 + tax is required. Child/Toddler Seat - CST (4 - 7 years / 15 - 30kgs) - EUR 5.00 + tax per day with a maximum charge of EUR 35.00 + tax per rental. A replacement amount (deposit) of EUR 70.00 + tax is required. All child seats are on request and available from all locations. All child seats are available for all cars except CFMN and IFMN. The age of the child/ren must be advised at time of reservation. Equipment is available for one way rentals.
